Divetally Terms of Use

Effective 27 October 2026 · By installing or using Divetally you agree to these terms.

What Divetally is

A private, offline log book for recreational and technical dives, kept on your own device, with optional Pro features unlocked by a single purchase through Google Play.

Not a dive-safety device

Divetally is a record. It is not a dive computer, not a decompression model, not a dive planner, and not a substitute for certification, training, tables or your computer's own calculations. Figures the app computes (bottom time, SAC, surface intervals) are derived from what you entered, for reference only. Always plan and dive within your training, and treat the app's figures as a log, never as guidance.

Your log is your responsibility

The log lives on your device. Export backups regularly; they are free and always will be. We are not able to recover data from a lost, wiped or broken device.

Purchases

Divetally Pro is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play; their payment terms and refund policy apply. A purchase attaches to your Google account and is restored by the app on request.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell the app. The name, the design and the code remain the property of Loadcircle Ltd.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loadcircle Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including loss of data on a device, or any decision made in reliance on figures the app displays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
